This home sits on a beautiful site nestled between the banks of the Ogunquit river and the Atlantic ocean in wonderful Ogunquit, Maine. Careful attention was given to the layout of the home with respect to the many breathtaking views available. The project is now done, proffesional photos to come! 

Westmoreland, NH

This  large custom home was designed to integrate into its gorgeous private lot in Westmoreland, NH. The homeowners wanted a spacious home to retire comfortably that would also let their large, extended family have plenty of room to roam! The design was a mix of standard New England colonial style and a healthy mix of modern overtones. The rear patio area with its large glass Nana-wall allows for a pleasant blending of interior and outdoor spaces. 

Residential Projects

This was a really fun and challenging project. Seeing as it was directly on the Shoreline we had to accommodate the rigorous protocols set up by the State of New Hampshire intended to protect pristine sites like this from the effects of overuse. This required us to design the home on the existing footprint of a 75 year old cabin!  The clients have been thrilled since the day they moved in. 

New Hampshire Lakehouse

Modern Lake House

A modern home with expansive views onto a pristine New Hampshire Lake. The use of lightweight steel, floor to ceiling windows gives this home a very open yet intimate feeling. 

Pelham Lake

A modern Scandinavian style home on a small lake in New Hampshire. This is a prime example of the power of collaboration between us and the client. The home owners had a very strong sense of what aesthetic they wanted to achieve. We were there to help bring their vision to life!
