Existing 1950, 2 Bedroom 1 bath Cape style home in Portsmouth, NH home getting a good make over! It will end up being a 4 bedroom 3 bath home. The only footprint expansion of the house coming from the new front farmers porch. The rest will be done without any excavation or foundation work! Project will begin construction Spring 2019.
